I have a Dahua IPC-HFW1320S CCTV Camera that I have been trying to configure for the last few weeks.
When I would go to login to the unit with the admin account it would tell me that it was “Locked Out”
Nothing more…
I was able to login once, configure the device, and that would be it!
After resetting the camera back to factory default a million times, I had a look at a particular option:
Under Abnormality, Illegal Access I turned this to Off.
I believe something on my network was locating the camera and trying to login to it.
Maybe some of the CCTV software I was testing… the dahua config tool…. or something else in the network……
